1 Introduction and Acceptance

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure. If your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support centre immediately. Sharing your login credentials with a third party or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

3 Responsible Use

77acc is a platform operated for entertainment purposes. Gaming or betting should never be considered a primary source of income. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Only bet amounts that you can afford to lose without harming your finances.
• If you notice signs of addiction, take a break immediately.
• You may request that we set deposit or betting limits on your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus funds must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets — contact the support team to find out which games are excluded.
• Each promotion may have its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.3 VIP Program

The 77acc VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier based on consistent account activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Betting Conduct

Every member is expected to participate in games and betting honestly and fairly. Exploiting any technical flaw in the system or game, using bots or automated software, and colluding with other players are all strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Disputes

If you have an objection regarding a betting result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published. The decision of 77acc will be considered final. We reserve the right to void or correct any betting result caused by a technical error.

6.3 Game Providers

6.4 Restricted Regions

• Misuse or strategic exploitation of bonuses.
• Identification as a minor.
• Connection from a restricted region.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

77acc is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses or missed bets caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Security failures on the member's own device or account.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other unavoidable events.
